Featured Project : New Build Condo

This condo project was perfect for the client who wanted to downsize from a large home to a smaller space without sacrificing any amenities. This open, galley-style kitchen features Schrock Entra cabinetry. The wall cabinets are stacked to go all the way to the ceiling to maximize storage. All of the base cabinets are drawers, making access to their lower cabinets easier than ever. The two-tone cabinets are pulled together by using the same full overlay Willet door style. Wall cabinets are maple painted white, while the island is oak stained colt.

Furniture base molding builds out the toe kick, giving the feel of built-in pieces. The use of a microwave drawer in the island frees up the countertop as well as above the range, leaving room for the vent hood and full height backsplash to match the quartz countertops. Countertops are Silestone Et. Calacatta Gold quartz. Oversized cabinetry hardware and pendant lighting makes a statement without being too bold.

The primary bath is an elegant statement with tons of storage using Koch Classic cabinetry in oak taupe-sand stain. The traditional overlay Fairway door is the perfect backdrop for the polished chrome Amerock hardware. To tie together the kitchen and primary bath, we used the same Silestone Et. Calacatta Gold quartz countertops and bumped out the toe kicks with furniture base trim. The sconces add a layer of lighting and coziness to the space that is helps make this space really feel like a home.

The guest bathroom is also tied together with the same tops and furniture base as kitchen and primary bath, but the fun level is amped up with a rich navy color and bold mix of metals. Cabinets are the same as the kitchen in Schrock Entra maple painted white with Willet door style. The marble and metal mix of the hardware adds to the playfulness while the trim work on the walls adds dimension and a bit of masculinity to an otherwise feminine space.
